A suitable addressed envelope must be enclosed, stamped in accordance with the numbers of tickets ordered at the following rate.
                                                                1 ---- 33   = 0.30p
NOTE:  For every FOUR individual entries you may enter a team.  All tickets must be completed in respect of anglers name, society and membership number BEFORE the draw for pegs.  Team tickets are a different colour from individual tickets and where more than one team is entered each team must be differentiated by the letters A,B,C, etc. after the society's name, BEFORE the draw for pegs.  FAILURE TO DO SO COULD MEAN DISQUALIFICATION OF ALL THE TEAMS YOU HAVE ENTERED.

CLOSING DATE:  WEDNESDAY 31st October 2008
NO ENTRIES WILL BE TAKEN AFTER THE CLOSING DATE.
PLEASE NOTE:  WHEN ENTERING A TEAM, INDIVIDUAL ENTRIES MUST BE PAID FOR i.e., 8 individuals @ £2.00 - £16.00, 2 team entries @ £6.00 = £12.00 = total £28.00.
