RIVER STORT - POLE HOLE.

Some distance to walk over meadows to water expect roach, Dace, chub and bream on this part of the Stort Navigation banks are natural and reed lined.
ROUTE - From London take the M11 at Junction 7 follow the A414 then look for roundabout and sign to Gilston High Wych, turn right on the minor road sign-posted Gilston High Wych. Go past the ‘Dust Miller P.H.' and look for the sign at the start of the Gilston and a row of houses which are on the right  (Pye Corner). At the first house turn right into the car park. Pole Hole fishery is over the stile and across the meadow.
This can also be reached from A10 then turn right on A414 to the same roundabout.

Anyone above the age of 5 years may join.  Children below that age may be taken,
 but may not fish and must be controlled completely by their parents.
 Children below the age of 11 years MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT
and the application form must be countersigned by a parent/guardian.
