ENTRANCE - Access to river is by following the path between the fence and the hedge. |
||||||||
|
BOUNDARIES - BOUNDARY: ON THE WEST BANK. Downstream to a point at which the ditch on the left of the path enters the river ( approximately 6-8 swims) then upstream through the gate past the wood to the hedge at the end of the next field. The back-stream (both banks ) which turns right at the wood to the end of the field, is also part of the fishery. Access to the river past the wood is by concrete bridge 100 yds, along the back-stream. Members are reminded that they only have right of access to 10 ft, from the river bank and no member is to encroach on any part of the land. The owner of the land has taken legal action against the Association because members have gone outside the 10 foot limit. |
