RIVER WISSEY - WISSINGTON FISHERY.
DAY TICKETS - Day permits can be purchased from our fishery keepers on the bank. Priced at £3.50 and £1.50 concessions. Per Rod (Max 2 Rods)	NIGHT FISHING - Permits for night fishing on this venue £7.00 for 24 hours. Per Rod (Max 2 Rods)
	Special night permit for members. Open to members with special night permit covering this fishery plus Littleport and also Hemmingford Grey Lakes. Details on application.
	This is a fenland water on the south bank largely straight and forty yards wide, it has moderate flow and produces good bags of bream and roach. Good pike are also found along with dace, rudd and chub. The river has breached the banks at the start of this fishery and has formed into almost two lakes making good swims for flood conditions, however, actually fishing the river at this point could be difficult due to the water covering access to the islands that where in actual fact the river bank of years gone. It is possible to use these islands when the water is low or boots are worn and these make good pike swims.
ROUTE - From London take the M11 to junction 14 and then A10 to Ely passing Littleport on the by-pass keeping on the A10 to Littleport Bridge turn left to Southery and turn then right on B1386. Passing through Southery and turn left on B1160 Wereham Road to the fishery at the Sugar Beet Factory.
PARKING - Near entrance and so as not to cause obstruction to farm vehicles.
	ENTRANCE - Down the farm track opposite the sugar beet factory site.
	BOUNDARY - In between the notice boards. From the fence right of the track leading to the fishery upstream to a point opposite the confluence of the two rivers.

Anyone above the age of 5 years may join. Children below that age may be taken, but may not fish and must be controlled completely by their parents. Children below the age of 11 years MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT and the application form must be countersigned by a parent/guardian.
